Mind should be ignored when it chatters with stories and interpretations that are not true, but do not be mistaken on this point: You do not ignore mind when you fight or struggle against it.

Ignoring mind is a gentle heart-action.
It is like one who takes in the scent of a rose bush with such love and gratitude that he doesn’t notice the trash truck passing on a nearby road.

Ignore mind by staying in the heart.
Ignore mind by noticing awareness.
Ignore mind by enjoying being.
Ignore mind by marveling at the miracle of life.
Ignore mind by being grateful for your own Self.
