It is time to spend another 24 hours noticing the mind, again with pen and paper handy.

Without the mind, all is calm and easy. Life flows naturally from its source of isness. But when the mind speaks with its worries and judgments, and those worries and judgments are seen as valid, life becomes tense and strained.

For the next 24 hours, make note of thoughts that come from mind and add a ripple to the calm sea of being.
