Fear can only come from one cause, being identified with the mind that is identified with the body.

Spirit doesn’t really identify with the body. Spirit identifies with the mind, which identifies with the body.

The mind identifies with the body and thinks about the body, but spirit is engrossed by mind.

What if spirit was not engrossed by mind, but instead directed mind?
Can the mind, which seems to keep spirit captive, be used to free spirit back into itself?
